US Speedskating has produced more Olympic medals - 88 - than any other sport in US Winter Olympic history. The organization operates out of the Utah Olympic Oval in Salt Lake City, UT and has a storied history of success. Their current roster is comprised of veterans Brittany Bowe and Joey Mantia, and up and comers Maame Biney and Kristen Santos.
For this custom project we made limited edition blade covers and gloves for all of US Speedskating’s National Training Program and World Cup Team athletes to wear as they go and hunt for medals at the Beijing Winter Olympics which are set to take place in February of next year.
Product: Signature white blade covers with gold buttons. Fully wrapped stars and stripes to commemorate the American flag. A golden bald eagle, the country’s national bird on one side, and USA text on the other.
