Refund policy

Nalza Branded Products

We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving the shipment if the product is in new and unused condition. We have the right to refuse return/exchange requests for products that have been used or worn. Please send an email with your order confirmation number to info@nalza.us to start the return process. If the process is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order, we will issue you a refund. Please note, it may take 3-5 days for the refund to process and show up in your account.

*Domestic Returns are free and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

International Returns

At this time we do not accept International Returns. All sales for International Customers are final.
