WILL THE MAGNETIC SNAPS DAMAGE MY BLADES AND/OR STONES?
We designed our blade covers to be functional and aesthetically sound. The magnetic buttons were added for convenience. If used properly, we believe your equipment will be free of damage. We understand that some people might have a problem handling metal objects around their equipment. If you are worried about this, we suggest you choose the plastic button option when selecting the button type.
CAN MY GLOVES BE WASHED?
Our gloves are made to be either hand washed or machine washed on a delicate setting. We recommend flipping the gloves inside out (especially on the hand with short track tips), and using a mild soap for the best results.
CAN MY COVERS BE WASHED?
Our covers are made with a durable heavy duty fabric. We suggest using a mild cleaner and damp towel to wash the exterior.
ARE MY COVERS UNDER WARRANTY?
Your covers are warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. We offer a lifetime warranty on the buttons. If replacement is needed please contact us by email with your Name and Order Number at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
AM I ALLOWED TO RESELL PRODUCTS?
We strictly forbid any reselling activity of our products and have the right to cancel orders that infringe upon this policy. You must be an authorized retailer in order to sell Nalza products. For more information on becoming an authorized retailer please click here.

If a request to change your order is made within 24 hours, we should be able to accommodate it. Anything after this period is not guaranteed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of our products are made to order meaning that they will be made after we receive your order in our system. We work to fulfill orders as fast as possible. Once your order is completed (made, packaged, shipped) you will receive a notification from our carrier. Please note: There can be a delay of several hours from when the tracking number is created until it is active. Although production times vary, you can expect the following:
Blade Covers: Made and shipped within 10-15 business days after order is received.
Please note - If Blade Covers are ordered in combination with any other products from our store, the package will ship once the Blade Covers are finished being made.
Gloves: Shipped within 3-5 business days after order is received.
Apparel: Shipped within 3-5 business days after order is received.
Please note - We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
We use USPS, UPS, and Fedex for Domestic and International Shipments. Shipping times and rates are carrier calculated and based off of your location. For International Shipments, we recommend grouping up orders with your friends or teammates to lower the shipping cost for everyone.
Notice - Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes. For domestic orders, if your cart total is above $50 your shipping charge will automatically be deducted when completing your checkout. For international orders, if your cart total is above $200 your shipping charge will automatically be deducted when completing your checkout.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER.
Once your order is packaged and ready for dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note: There can be a delay of several hours from when the tracking number is created until it is active.
We offer Local Pickup as an option for our customers located around Salt Lake City, UT. Simply select Local Pickup at Checkout and one of our associates will give send you an email when it's ready. The pick up location is: Utah Olympic Oval, 5662 Cougar Ln, Kearns, UT 84118. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID when picking up your order.
From time to time we will offer a Competition Pick-Up at certain World Cup or World Championship Competitions around the world. This option will be included in the shipping options when checking out, ie. Local Pick-Up - ISU World Single Distance Championships, SLC, February 13-16, 2020.
CAN I RETURN MY COVERS?
Yes, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving the shipment if the product is in new and unused condition. Please send an email with your Order Confirmation number, and return shipping information to email@example.com.
*Note* - Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds exclude shipping costs. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for return shipments.
At this time we do not accept International Returns. All sales for International Customers are final.
